The woolen piano

The instrument was created by music of Frederic Chopin. Passers selected different colors of yarns depending on emotions they trigger by the individual pieces of the composer. Wool wrapped around the piano skeleton created a unique instrument that can be seen in the Chopin Museum in Warsaw. Each visitor can weave it with a personal wool composition.

The project was commissioned by the Fryderyk Chopin Institute.
